This contest was strongly conditioned by the bases.

Our efforts focused on ordering the program on the ground floor and treating the facades to distinguish the two bodies of the building: the administrative body of brick to dialogue with the environment, also built of this material, and the body with the library rooms and a sheet metal media library with powerful skylights on the deck.
