The "Dolphins" run, parallel to the tram, the entire kaohsiung Pop Music Center . They are a backbone that sews the two great zones divided by the Love River .
These five pavilions on pillars will initially have a restaurant use.
They are raised from the ground so that they do not represent a barrier that prevents access to the premises from all around the perimeter.
From the walkway that connects them, we can stroll having a different perspective of the bay and cross to the other side of the river.
