The Kaohsiung Center for Pop Music features two large auditoriums. One covered, for 3500 people and another outdoors for 12000 people.
The covered concert hall forms the great plinth on which the tallest tower emerges. Its outer skin is folded geometrically and detaches from the ground allowing access to the hall. The space in the lobby is between the outer skin and the stands.
