This contest proposes the construction of a building with a cultural and commercial program in an area that lies between the Sava River and the hillside that rises to the Fortress of the Medieval City.
We are next to the jetty and also next to the old town, so our building had to be related to this double condition.
It seemed interesting to us that seen in elevation it responded to the fragmented image of the city center, of gabled houses and of different heights, and seen in plan it was like a series of ships docked in the port and connected to each other.
